Key Responsibilities (KRAs): · Lead Generation : Conduct high-quality outbound calls to identify prospects and pitch Drone Verse’s offerings. · CRM Management : Accurately record all customer interactions and lead statuses. · Follow-Up : Consistently nurture leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. · Collaboration : Work closely with marketing & sales teams to convert leads into clients. · Reporting : Track daily activity and report on lead quality and conversion performance. · Target Achievement : Meet or exceed KPIs around lead volume and quality. · Market Insights : Capture customer feedback to support product and strategy improvements. Required Qualifications: · Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or lead generation. · Fluency in English – strong verbal and written communication is a must. · Proven ability to generate and qualify B2B/B2C leads. · Working knowledge of CRMs, Excel, and call tracking.
