Monitor and qualify incoming leads.
Coordinate with the sales and tech team for prompt solutions.
Stay up to date with product & service information.
Research prospects and generate leads.
Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone & via email
Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
Building and maintaining a CRM database.
Mechanical Engineering would be a plus
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably from the Software industry.
Excellent customer service & sales skills
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Confident
