  • Thereafter: Work From Home, with a requirement to visit the office once every three months.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Inside Sales Executive to drive our growth in the North American market. This is a critical hunter role where you will be responsible for generating new leads, qualifying high-value opportunities, and setting meetings for our field sales team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional with a deep understanding of B2B sales cycles, especially within the IT services or SaaS landscape, and a proven track record of engaging the US audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Outreach:

    Identify and target potential clients in the US and Canadian markets using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and other sales intelligence platforms.
  • Lead Qualification:

    Engage prospects through strategic cold calling, emails, and social outreach. Qualify leads using the BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) framework or similar methodology.
  • Pipeline Generation:

    Schedule discovery calls and product demos for the senior sales and business development team to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • CRM Management:

    Meticulously maintain and update all lead, account, and activity information in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot).
  • Strategic Collaboration:

    Work closely with sales leaders to develop and execute account-based outreach strategies for targeted key accounts.
  • Market Intelligence:

    Conduct thorough research on target accounts and key stakeholders to personalize outreach and stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Performance Metrics:

    Consistently meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to daily outreach, qualified meetings booked, and pipeline value generated.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience:

    5 - 10 years of proven experience in a B2B Inside Sales or Business Development role, with a strong preference for backgrounds in

    IT Services, Digital Solutions, SaaS, or Consulting

    .
  • Market Knowledge:

    Prior experience selling to the

    US market is a significant advantage

    and highly preferred.
  • Communication Skills:

    Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with a clear and neutral accent for effective client interaction.
  • Technical Proficiency:

    Hands-on experience with:
  • CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Email automation and sequencing tools
  • Prospecting platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo, Lusha, Apollo)
  • Shift Flexibility:

    Must be comfortable and willing to work during US business hours (Night Shift in IST).
