Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to manage B2C sales through outbound calling for multiple events and programs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of product features, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will play a crucial role in converting leads, describing product offerings effectively, and ensuring a superior customer experience across diverse campaigns. Key Responsibilities Conduct proactive outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products, events, and programs Clearly and persuasively describe product features, benefits, and unique selling points to customers Understand and assess customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions and offerings Manage calling campaigns for multiple events and programs simultaneously, ensuring timely follow-ups and lead conversions Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system Collaborate with marketing and support teams to optimize campaign effectiveness and customer satisfaction Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally, ensuring a positive brand experience Participate in regular sales training and team meetings to share best practices and strategies Qualifications Proven experience in B2C inside sales, preferably with outbound calling and multi-campaign management Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills Ability to clearly articulate product features and tailor messaging to different customer segments Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team Desired Skills Telemarketing and outbound calling expertise Customer relationship management. Persuasion and negotiation. Time management and multitasking. Adaptability to handle multiple events/programs concurrently.
