Inside Sales Executive

Role Overview:

We are seeking professional and results-driven Inside Sales Executive with a minimum of six months of relevant experience in real estate or sales. The selected candidates will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients using company-provided data, understanding their property requirements, and scheduling qualified meetings for further consultation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Meeting’s with client using company-provided leads and databases.
• Assess client needs related to property buying, selling.
• Ask Required property and collect information in a clear and professional manner.
• Fix and schedule meetings with interested and qualified prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with Manager or Senior’s to ensure smooth closure.
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned performance targets.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate consulting or sales and Marketing.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage client conversations professionally and effectively.
• Proficiency in additional languages is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a performance-driven environment.
• Basic working knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools preferred.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
