Inside Sales & Customer Management

As an Inside Sales & Customer Management individual at our company, your role will involve supporting inside sales activities, overseeing customer and warehouse operations to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence. **Main Responsibilities:** - Handle customer service tasks via phone, email, and written correspondence - Prepare and follow up on quotations, respond to inquiries, specifications, and questionnaires - Organize and coordinate sample shipments in alignment with warehouse in Germany - Maintain accurate records of customer correspondence and assist with resolving customer complaints - Support sales-related market development activities - Assist in preparation and follow-up for internal and external audits - Monitor and forward relevant market data and industry updates to sales managers - Compile customer and market statistics, assist with market analysis and sales reporting - Manage inventory levels, coordinate order processing and fulfillment, and maintain accurate warehouse records **Professional & Personal Requirements:** **A. Education & Experience:** - Minimum: Bachelor's degree (B.Com, BBA, equivalent) - Preferred: MBA or diploma in Sales/Marketing for mid-level roles - Relevant experience in sales support and warehouse/logistics operations - Preference to candidates with experience in pharmaceutical excipient industries **B. Technical Skills:** - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and ERP/CRM systems - Strong documentation and administrative skills - Good command of English (written and spoken) **C. Work Approach:** - Structured, independent, and detail-oriented working style - High degree of flexibility and reliability - Ability to handle confidential information professionally **D.
