Inside Sales Counsellor

Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Inside Sales Counsellor for our Bangalore office who can handle high-volume calling and close monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 200+ outbound/inbound calls daily OR maintain minimum 3 hours talk-time.
• Convert leads into confirmed clients (target: 3 sales per month).
• Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp & CRM.
• Explain services clearly and confidently.
• Maintain strong follow-ups until closure.
• Update CRM with accurate lead notes.
• Share daily reports with the manager.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of Inside Sales experience.
• Strong communication skills (English + local language).
• Proven track record of closing sales.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Should be consistent in calling discipline and follow-ups.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ?30,000 ?45,000 (based on experience & performance).
• Incentives: ?10,000 ?50,000+ per month (target-based).
• Performance Bonus: Quarterly.
