Business Development Executive

Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive at our company, you will be an integral part of the sales team, responsible for driving business growth by connecting with clients, providing guidance on work visa requirements, and assisting them in exploring job opportunities abroad. Your role will involve proactive client engagement, conducting outbound calls, assessing customer profiles, and ensuring a smooth visa application process. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively connect with existing and potential clients through outbound calls, making a minimum of 200 calls per day. - Counsel clients on work visa requirements and job openings in countries such as Canada, Germany, the UK, and the USA. - Assess customer profiles to determine visa eligibility and offer tailored job recommendations overseas. - Guide clients through the end-to-end visa application process, ensuring timely document collection and submission. - Clearly communicate the company's products and service offerings to prospects. - Maintain accurate records of client details and interactions in the system. - Address and resolve customer queries and concerns promptly. - Ensure order accuracy and timely processing to meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets. Qualifications Required: - Possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - Have 2 to 5 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or a client-facing role. - Fluent in English and ideally proficient in at least one South Indian language such as Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam. - Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to thrive under pressure. - Sales/marketing certifications are a plus. - A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others succeed.
