Inside Sales Associate/Business Development Executive

A dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive is sought after by a Kochi based IT company to join their team and play a crucial role in expanding the customer base. As an Inside Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include creating and managing databases for telecalling, making outbound calls, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM tool. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive database for telecalling activities, identifying and compiling relevant information to build an effective database, and regularly updating and cleansing the database to ensure accuracy. In terms of telecalling, you will conduct outbound calls to both existing and new databases to promote products/services, effectively communicate product features and value propositions to potential customers, and build positive relationships through professional communication. Utilizing CRM tools, you will document and track all customer interactions and sales activities, generate reports on call performance and lead conversion, and ensure the CRM is up-to-date with accurate information. Additionally, you will collaborate with the sales team to support achieving sales targets, work closely with marketing to align telecalling efforts with campaigns, and gather customer feedback for product/service improvements. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in creating and managing databases for telecalling, excellent verbal and written communication skills, familiarity with CRM tools, and the ability to generate and analyze reports.
