Job Description

Responsibilities: -

As a Senior Inside Sales Representative, you will be a key driver in fueling our cybersecurity business growth. This role is tailored for a seasoned sales professional who is passionate about technology and possesses a deep understanding of cybersecurity. You will bridge the gap between marketing and sales by generating qualified leads, nurturing client relationships, and facilitating impactful meetings with decision-makers.

Lead Generation & Qualification:

  • Proactively identify, research, and qualify high-potential leads using advanced tools and market intelligence.
  • Utilize both inbound and outbound strategies to build a robust sales pipeline.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current clients through effective communication (via phone, email, and virtual meetings).
  • Understand customer pain points and articulate how our cybersecurity solutions can provide tangible benefits.

Sales Enablement & Strategy:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to design and implement strategies that consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide regular feedback on market trends and competitive insights to help refine our go-to-market approach.

Product & Industry Expertise:

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our cybersecurity products, industry trends, and competitive landscape to ensure effective client consultations.
  • Educate clients on emerging cybersecurity threats and the value proposition of our solutions.

CRM & Data Management:

  • Efficiently manage all lead and sales activities in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-ups.
  • Generate detailed reports to track performance against KPIs and sales targets.

Requirements: -

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

Professional Experience:

  • A minimum of 5+ years in inside sales, with a demonstrated track record in generating and converting leads in competitive markets.
  • At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity sales, with proven success in meeting or exceeding targets.

Technical & Sales Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, threat landscapes, and technical sales cycles.
  • Expertise in using CRM platforms and sales enablement tools.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex cybersecurity topics.

Personal Attributes:

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: - Best in the Industry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,300,000.00 per year
