Inside Sales Associate

Your role involves calling and following up with warm leads, both inbound and outbound. You will need to grasp customer requirements, present our products/services, and successfully close deals. Collaborating with the delivery & operations team will be essential to ensure seamless onboarding. Additionally, you will be expected to accompany the team for school demos, events, or onboarding activities. Keeping accurate records of interactions and updating the CRM system will be part of your responsibilities. Cultivating enduring relationships with clients is also a key aspect of this role.
