Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Associate based in Coimbatore. The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. The role includes daily tasks such as following up with leads, coordinating with the sales team, and maintaining accurate records of sales and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in Account Management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the tech industry is a plus
