Job Description

We are looking for passionate Inside Sales Executive for our organization who will be responsible for prospecting, engaging potential clients via phone and email, understanding their HR needs, and closing deals to meet sales targets. Key duties include managing leads,generating leads thought social and job portals, collaborating with the marketing and sales teams, and staying up-to-date on HR solutions and market trends.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our HR consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue by selling our HR services. You will play a crucial role in the sales cycle, working remotely to connect with businesses and help them find the right HR solutions to meet their needs.

Responsibilities

· Prospecting and Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls and emails to identify and qualify new business opportunities, focusing on companies that can benefit from our HR services.

· Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for potential clients, conducting discovery calls to understand their specific HR challenges and requirements.

· Solution Presentation: Effectively explain and demonstrate the features and benefits of our HR services, tailoring the conversation to address client needs.

· Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to closing deals, maintaining accurate records in the system at every stage.

· Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed individual sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs), such as calls made, meetings booked, and closed deals.

· Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns and with other sales team members to share best practices and a unified approach to client outreach.

· Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and updates to our own service portfolio to position our solutions effectively.

· Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and grow a database of current and potential clients, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements and Qualifications

· Proven experience in an inside sales or B2B sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone and via email.

· Strong ability to understand client needs and present solutions in a persuasive manner.

· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage time efficiently.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
