Inside Sales Associate (Edtech)

As a Pre-Sales Associate / Inside Sales Associate at D-Vivid Consultant, you will play a crucial role in connecting with students and parents to provide accurate information about overseas education opportunities and generate walk-ins to our branches. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Making outbound calls to students and parents to explore overseas education opportunities. - Presenting and explaining our services, study programs, and processes over the phone. - Scheduling counseling appointments and encouraging office visits. - Managing leads effectively using CRM tools. - Following up with prospects to support conversions into successful enrollments. - Working closely with the sales and counseling team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads. Qualifications required for this role include: - 1+ year experience in BPO, call centers, contact centers, telecalling, telemarketing, or inside sales is preferred. - Freshers with excellent spoken communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English, and a passion for building a career in sales are encouraged to apply. - Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage. - Personal attributes such as being goal-oriented, polite, persistent, and customer-focused are essential. - Prior exposure to the EdTech or Overseas Education industry is a plus.
