Inside Sales Associate (Edtech)

D-Vivid Consultant is leading overseas education consultant helping students achieve their global career dreams. With a growing presence across Gujarat, we are expanding our team in Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad and are looking for enthusiastic Pre-Sales Associates / Inside Sales Associates to connect with students & parents, provide accurate information, and generate walk-ins to our branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to students & parents exploring overseas education opportunities.
• Present and explain our services, study programs, and processes over the phone.
• Schedule counseling appointments and encourage office visits.
• Manage leads effectively using CRM tools.
• Follow up with prospects to support conversions into successful enrollments.
• Work closely with the sales & counselling team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.

Requirements

• Experience:
• 1+ year experience in BPO, call centers, contact centres, telecalling, telemarketing, or inside sales preferred.
• Freshers with excellent spoken communication skills (Gujarati, Hindi, English) and a passion for building a career in sales are also encouraged to apply.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
• Personal Attributes: Goal-oriented, polite, persistent, and customer-focused.
• Prior exposure to EdTech / Overseas Education industry is a plus.
