Description

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This role is suitable for individuals with 0-3 years of experience in sales or customer service.

Responsibilities

Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects.
Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
