Innovation Chef

As the Lead Chef at Truffles, your role will involve spearheading menu innovation for Continental and Pan-Asian categories, ensuring a blend of creativity and relevance. You will be tasked with conceptualizing and testing new dishes that align with the Truffles brand vision. Overseeing food trials, tastings, and product launches in collaboration with the operations team will be a key responsibility. Maintaining high culinary standards and ensuring consistency across all outlets will also fall under your purview. In addition, you will need to stay updated on culinary trends globally and adapt them to suit the Truffles customer base. Mentoring and guiding junior chefs to foster a culture of creativity and precision is an essential part of this role. Furthermore, collaborating with management on food costing, sourcing, and menu engineering will be crucial for the success of the culinary operations. Qualifications & Experience: - 10-12 years of professional experience in the F&B industry. - Proven expertise in Continental and Pan-Asian cuisines. - Experience as a creative/innovation chef in 5-star hotels or fine dining restaurants. - Minimum 2 years of international experience with renowned restaurant brands. - Strong track record of leading culinary teams and driving innovation. - Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen management.,
