Create and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules.
Configure Flows to automate business processes.
Perform data imports, exports using Data Loader and other Salesforce Data Tools.
Support data migration activities between systems.
Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards.
Optimize reports for performance and usability.
Implement role hierarchy, OWD, sharing rules, and manual sharing.
Support Salesforce releases, sandbox management, and deployments.
Monitor system health and troubleshoot user issues.
User Management, Security & Access Control, Data Management, Configuration & Customization
Building and maintaining Flows, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Workflow Rules (legacy)
Reporting & Dashboards, Platform Knowledge, Change Management(Using sandboxes, change sets for testing and deployment).
