Location: Chennai (Kanchipuram)

Reports to: Engineering Head

Department: Engineering

About the Role

Automation Integrated Lines

automation enthusiast

What You’ll Do

Lead
integrated automation projects
for assembly from concept to execution.
Drive
process development for new products
and manufacturing systems.
Develop and implement
DFM (Design for Manufacturing)
practices.
Collaborate with and review
suppliers’ DFM
; drive supplier development for new automation technologies.
Execute
OEE improvement projects
to boost manufacturing efficiency.
Oversee
automation systems development to line qualification
.
Build and strengthen
in-house equipment development capabilities
.
Manage and mentor a
team of skilled engineers
across Design, Manufacturing, and Process Engineering.

What We’re Looking For

Degree
in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics.
8–12 years
of experience in automation/manufacturing engineering.
Preferred background in:

Automation manufacturers/integrators (Single Piece Flow Lines, SMT Lines).
Automotive & Consumer Durable industries.

Greenfield project experience
is a must.
Expertise in automation with specialization in at least one field:

Robotics
Vision Systems
Laser Marking
Welding Systems

Strong leadership in managing
large engineering teams
