Inkstall is an EdTech and coaching brand working with IGCSE, IB, ICSE, CBSE and other boards. We combine strong academics, structured systems and an in-house teacher & student app to create a premium learning experience.

We are now launching the Inkstall Certified Teaching Partner (ICTP) program for teachers who want to build a serious teaching business from home and eventually grow into full Inkstall franchise owners.

Role Overview

As an Inkstall Certified Teaching Partner, you will:

• Teach students from your own home (online / offline or hybrid),
• Use the Inkstall Teacher App to manage classes, homework and reports,
• Operate under the Inkstall brand with full academic and marketing support,
• Have a clear 12-month pathway to become an Inkstall Franchise Owner and scale to 100+ students.

This is not a fixed-salary job. It is a partner role where you earn by teaching students and share a small platform fee with Inkstall.Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-quality classes for school students (based on your subjects and grades)
• Plan lessons using Inkstall’s academic guidelines and content
• Use the Inkstall Teacher App for:
• Attendance, homework, tests and student tracking
• Sharing updates and reports with parents
• Coordinate with the Inkstall team for:
• Demo classes & onboarding new students
• Test papers, worksheets and academic planning
• Maintain discipline, punctuality and professionalism in all classes
• Build strong trust with parents through regular feedback and clear communication

Who We Are Looking For

Must-have:

• Strong subject knowledge in at least one of:
• Math / Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) / English / Business / Economics / Languages
• Good communication skills in English (and local language is a plus)
• Ability to teach at least one of these levels:
• Primary (1–5), Middle (6–8), Secondary (9–10), Senior Secondary (11–12)
• A quiet space at home that can be used as a teaching area
• Basic tech comfort – using a smartphone / laptop, video calling apps, etc.

Preferred (but not compulsory):

• Prior experience as a school teacher / private tutor
• Experience with boards like IGCSE, IB, ICSE or CBSE
• Willingness to commit at least 2–4 hours per day for teaching

Work From Home Requirements

• Dedicated teaching corner/room that is clean, quiet and well-lit
• Stable internet connection (broadband / fiber preferred)
• Access to a smartphone and preferably a laptop/desktop/tablet
• Willingness to have your teaching space inspected (online and/or offline) by Inkstall before certification

Earnings & Fee Structure

• You charge parents for your classes (as per board, grade and city)
• Inkstall charges a minimal 5% platform/service fee on overall usage through the system
• As your student base grows, your earnings increase proportionally

Long-term upside: High-performing partners may be offered an Inkstall Franchise opportunity after ~12 months, with the potential to teach 100+ students and increase income up to 20x compared to one-on-one tutoring.Training & Certification (Important)

To become an Inkstall Certified Teaching Partner, you must first complete the Inkstall Tech & Teaching Certification Course.

• Training Duration: 1 week (intensive, guided)
• Certification Course Fee: ₹104,000 (one-time)
• Includes:
• Platform training (Inkstall Teacher App)
• Lesson planning, academic systems & assessments
• Demo class structure & parent communication
• Branding, etiquette and operational guidelines

After successful completion of the training:

• Inkstall will inspect your home teaching space.
• If you meet the standards, you will be certified as an Inkstall Teaching Partner.
• You can then start onboarding students under the Inkstall banner.

Job Types: Full-time, Volunteer

Pay: ₹50,612.35 - ₹250,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
