Injection Molding Operator

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Injection Molding Operator, located in Noida. The Injection Molding Operator will be responsible for operating injection molding machines, performing quality control checks, managing injections and molds, and conducting preventive maintenance. The role requires attention to detail, precision, and adherence to safety and quality standards in the manufacturing process.

Qualifications

• Skills in Machine Operation and Injection Molding
• Knowledge of Injections and Mold management
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; technical certification is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, start, and operate injection moulding machines according to production schedules.
• Install and remove moulds safely and correctly.
• Monitor machine operation to ensure optimum performance and product quality.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of products to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Adjust machine parameters as needed to resolve production issues (e.g., pressure, temperature, speed).
• Record production data, downtime, and material usage accurately.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report mechanical or process issues to maintenance or supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment.
• Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
