Job Description

Processing of IBM Machine with Various Material (Victor machine experience is more preferred).

Capable of handling frequent Changeover of moulds

Testing Trials of new product mould with development team

Handling machine as per SOP and Maintaining 100% Uptime of machine

General Troubleshooting of machine during process

Communication with senior person (Production Manager) for day to day activities

Maintaining the Reports Records as per ISO requirement

Collaborating with cross-functional teams including design, quality assurance, and production to ensure seamless integration of new products into manufacturing.

Performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for production issues.

Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

Providing technical support and training to production personnel on injection blow molding processes.
