Urgent Required Female In House Sales Executive

Job Location : Prahladnagr (Ahemdabad)

Job Time : 9:30 to 6:30

Sales Strategy and Target Achievement

* Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and set targets for each branch.

* Monitor sales performance and follow up with team members to ensure target achievements.

2. Branch Management and Coordination

* Conduct branch reviews to assess sales performance and coordinate on improvements.

* Conduct Zoom Meeting with branches regularly to ensure targets, quality standards, and operational consistency.

3. Sales Planning and Reporting

* Enhance CRS booking services and build and maintain strong relationships with agents.

4. Team Training and Quality Assurance

* Maintain high service quality across all touchpoints to ensure customer satisfaction.

5. New Business Development

* Identify opportunities for new business and maintain strong relationships with clients.

* Support business growth through agent development, client retention, and market expansion.

Qualifications and Requirements:

* 1+ years of experience in sales, with proven leadership and target-achievement skills.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to travel frequently to branches.
