Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead Generation
Identify potential customers through inbound queries, cold calling, email campaigns, and online research.
Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and readiness to buy.
Customer Engagement
Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Build relationships to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
Sales Conversion
Present and demonstrate products or services effectively.
Handle objections and negotiate terms.
Close sales and ensure a smooth transition to the onboarding or delivery teams.
CRM and Data Management
Update and maintain accurate records in CRM systems (like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Track communication history, sales pipeline, and customer preferences.
Collaboration with Other Departments
Coordinate with marketing for lead nurturing campaigns.
Work with logistics or production teams to ensure timely delivery.
Provide customer feedback to product and management teams for improvement.
Reporting and Forecasting
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
Forecast future sales based on trends and pipeline analysis.
Upselling and Cross-Selling
Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services to existing customers.
Encourage repeat purchases and long-term customer engagement.
Post-Sales Support
Ensure customer satisfaction after the sale.
Act as a liaison between the customer and support team if issues arise.
