· Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide assistance via phone, email, or chat and checking that the order has the correct price, discount, and product number. · Process orders accurately, deliver orders on time, and ensure those customer requirements are met. · Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure customer satisfaction. · Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. · The sales coordinator job position requires him/her to make potential customers as interested in a company’s products and services as possible and set sales target. · Process sales orders, track shipments, and handle outstanding. · Prepare sales reports and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities. · Coordinate with other departments such as marketing and finance to support sales initiatives. · Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service quality.
