Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inhouse Architect Designer located in Pune. The role involves designing and developing architectural plans and concepts to meet project specifications. The Architect Designer will oversee the integration of design elements, collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals, and manage project timelines effectively. Responsibilities include creating functional and sustainable designs, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring compliance with local building regulations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design to develop innovative and functional building solutions.
• Knowledge of Software Development and Integration tools relevant to architectural design and project workflows.
• Proficiency in Project Management to ensure efficient planning, execution, and delivery of architectural projects.
• Strong understanding of sustainable design principles and local building codes.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
