Infrastructure Planner

You will be responsible for conducting diagnostic studies related to Infrastructure sectors such as Connectivity, Energy, Water Supply, Sanitation, Solid Waste, etc. This includes proposing innovative solutions, preparing concept notes and implementation models, making presentations, and preparing project reports. Additionally, you will manage stakeholders, provide valuable insights beyond project boundaries, and support business development efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct diagnostic studies in Infrastructure sectors - Propose innovative solutions to infrastructure challenges - Prepare concept notes, costing, and implementation models - Make technically sound presentations and prepare project reports - Manage internal and external stakeholders effectively - Provide valuable insights and support beyond project boundaries - Support overall business development efforts Qualifications Required: - Bachelor of Planning / Architecture with Master of Planning / MBA (Finance) with 3-5 years of relevant experience - Work experience in areas related to tourism / infrastructure planning / coastal development - In-depth technical understanding in urban / infrastructure / tourism sector - Proven experience in business development - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Strong analytical skills, research, writing, and critical thinking abilities - Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, ESRI ArcGIS, AutoCAD, SketchUp - Willingness to travel to project locations for extended periods of time.,
