To be successful in this role, you should possess a B.Arch/M.Arch/Master of Urban Design with excellent graphical skills and 0-1 year of work experience in areas related to sustainable development, tourism development, urban planning, or urban design, preferably in corporate or international organizations. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook), Adobe Creative Suite, and ESRI ArcGIS is essential. Being highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities, along with demonstrating a problem-solving attitude and experience in team management, will be beneficial. Additionally, a willingness to travel to project locations for extended periods is required.
