Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties:

Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems and hardware efficiently.
Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime. Perform OS installation, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting across Ubuntu, macOS, and Windows. Handle hardware upgrades and installations for desktops and laptops, including RAM, storage, and peripheral devices. Have a foundational understanding of laptop repair. Coordinate with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and repair of devices to ensure timely support and cost-effective solutions. Utilize Linux and Windows commands to support smooth system operations. Stay updated with the latest hardware trends and technologies. Be detail-oriented and solution-driven to maintain high system reliability. Possess basic knowledge of networking and network troubleshooting.

Required Skills :

Basic Knowledge of the OS installation (Ubuntu, Windows, MacOS), Hardware, Software, Troubleshooting networking (IP addresses, Network devices, Access Point, Firewall, etc.)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users. Good understanding of troubleshooting techniques for Hardware and Software problems. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
