Must have Skills :Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop AdministrationGood to Have Skills : Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop ArchitectureJob Requirements :Key Responsibilities :1 Supporting and preserving the Virtual Desktop setup of the institution, which includes, the AppSense and XenDesktop, XenApp, and others2 Help in organization and management of the business applications3 Determining the increased cases received by the IT Helpdesk4 Improving and adjusting the Virtual Desktop system5 Design and implement platform security6 Taking part in upgrading and updating the systems applications, installing it with up to date descriptions Technical Experience :1 Providing technical assistance for all the servers, desktops, and services that apply business2 Taking full control and accountability for applying, implementing, maintaining, and examining the documentation of the Virtual Desktop Infrastructure3 Knowledge on creating Investigation, Metrics, Defining services4 Schedule meeting with stakeholder and present business use case and improvement5 Knowledge on creating Investigation, Metrics, Defining services6 Create dashboards and track value Professional Attributes :1 Ability to learn new technologies2 Good Communication skills3 Able to handle the team Educational Qualification:1 BE or equivalent2 Extensive technical knowledge on end user computingAdditional Info :1 Ready to work in shift 24/7 2 hands on experience in F5/NetScaler Qualification 1 BE or equivalent 2 Extensive technical knowledge on end user computing
