You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth implementation of unified communication and collaboration solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define technical specifications. Design and implement data center technology components, ensuring scalability and reliability. Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the successful implementation of unified communication and collaboration solutions. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the infrastructure. Assist in the documentation of technical processes and procedures. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Unified Communication and Collaboration Implementation. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Contact Center Technology Capabilities. Strong understanding of network protocols and infrastructure components. Experience in deploying and managing unified communication and collaboration solutions. Knowledge of VoIP technologies and SIP protocols. Familiarity with video conferencing systems and collaboration tools. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Unified Communication and Collaboration Implementation. This position is based at our Pune office.
