Managing Virutualisation Infrastructure, Citrix Products, Exchange Management
Responsible for monitoring the overall structure of hyperconverged infrastructure stack comprising HCI, backup, storage, automation and integration with other components
Managing the managed service vendor
Ensuring the backups as per the schedule
Tracking the necessary security patches and firmware upgrade in HCI devices
Primarily to manage and look after the citrix related applications viz., Netscalar, MDM, MAM, SPA
Managing the managed service vendor
Co-ordinate with the vendors and troubleshoot the citrix related technical issues
Tracking the necessary security patches and firmware upgrade
Managing the managed service vendor engaged for exchange services
Maintaining the user accounts and mail boxes along with the security and restoring files
Ensure routing server maintenance, configure new users
Manage day to day operations related to MS exchange
Manage mail related systems and tools
Manage server migration along with backup and disaster recovery
