Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Analysis:

  Understanding business needs and translating them into testable requirements.

• Test Planning and Design:

  Developing test strategies, creating test cases, and defining test data.

• Test Execution:

  Performing various types of testing, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.

• Defect Management:

  Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects to resolution.

• Collaboration:

  Working with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful testing and deployment.

• Integration Support:

  Assisting with the testing of Workday integrations with other systems.

• Documentation:

  Creating and maintaining test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test results.

• Troubleshooting:

  Investigating and resolving issues related to Workday functionality and integrations.

• Staying Updated:

  Keeping up-to-date with the latest Workday features, functionalities, and best practices.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Workday Functional Knowledge:

  Strong understanding of Workday modules like Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Talent, and Compensation.

• Testing Process Knowledge:

  Experience with various testing methodologies and tools, including test planning, test case design, execution, and defect management.

• SDLC Knowledge:

  Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and experience in transitioning to agile methodologies.

• Integration Experience:

  Experience with Workday integrations and data flows with third-party systems.

• Communication Skills:

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
