Job Summary

We are looking for a Software Engineer to support our clinical research systems and data operations. The role involves managing secure networks, supporting cloud environments, and maintaining Microsoft Office 365 Enterprise tools used by research teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, and maintain VPN connections.
• Support cybersecurity activities, including user access management, basic security checks, and patch updates.
• Assist with cloud system maintenance (Microsoft Azure or similar).
• Install, configure, and manage Microsoft Office 365 Enterprise tools(Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software and connectivity issues.
• Work with the IT and data teams to ensure research data is stored securely and backed up properly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 24 years of experience in IT support, software setup, or system administration.
• Basic knowledge of VPN setup, cloud systems, and cybersecurity practices.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 Enterprise and user administration.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow data protection protocols.
