Job Title: Information Technology (IT) Tenet Diagnostics Location: Hyderabad Reports to: Manager Job Summary: Information Technology (IT) encompasses a broad range of roles focused on the implementation, support and software applications. These positions are essential across various industries, ensuring that technological infrastructures operate efficiently and securely. Key IT Roles and Responsibilities: IT Specialist: Maintain and enhance an organization's technical systems, ensuring employees have the necessary technology to perform their duties effectively. System Administrator: Oversee the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, particularly servers, to ensure optimal performance and security. IT Support Specialist: Provide technical assistance and support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues to maintain operational efficiency. Systems Analyst: Analyse and design information systems to solve business problems, acting as a liaison between stakeholders and IT teams to ensure technological solutions align with business objectives. Required Qualifications: Typically, a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is preferred. 3-6 years of experience in the information technology field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in diagnostics. Technical Skills: Network configuration, hardware deployment, operating systems, and database management. The ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues. Using Suvarna Software Application for all types of creations (Service, Package, Employee, Users, Doctor, Client, Test Speciman, Formats, Test Schedule, Parameters, Templates,) and Lab work flow processing and Lab/Financial related tally reports. Home Sample Collection App for home visit sample service Pacs/Innowave software and integration for radiology service reports/films database maintenance LIS machine interfacing for all types of pathology services As per vendor requirements integrations maintaining with Suvarna team support JIRA Ticketing system maintaining for website & Customer App queries and requirements Suvarna Ticketing system using for all types of issues and new requirements in the using application Data Base(Server) maintenance Doing conducted corporate camps bulk billing Barcodes Printing Bulk Invoice Generation and Bulk reports uploading Regular calls and mails issues and creations clearance
