Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Intern located in Amritsar. The intern will be responsible for assisting with network administration, providing IT support and troubleshooting, safeguarding network security, and delivering excellent customer service. Daily tasks will include monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks, responding to technical support requests, and ensuring the security and efficiency of IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Skills in Network Administration and Network Security
• Knowledge of Information Technology and Troubleshooting
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
• Previous internship or related experience in IT is a plus
• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
