Information Technology Infrastructure Team Lead

You are an experienced IT Infrastructure Lead who will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT infrastructure services, collaborating with the parent company's IT infrastructure team, and ensuring that service levels are met. This strategic role demands strong technical, business, and interpersonal skills. You will develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives, covering areas such as Data centre, Cloud management, EUC, and entire IT infrastructure management. Additionally, you will collaborate with the parent company's IT infrastructure team to ensure seamless integration of IT infrastructure services. Your role involves overseeing the delivery of IT infrastructure services, ensuring service levels are met, and promptly resolving any issues that may arise. Vendor management is crucial, where you will manage the relationship with the parent company's IT infrastructure team, ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) are met and issues are appropriately escalated and resolved. You will review the parent company's IT infrastructure team's delivery to ensure it meets organizational requirements and standards. Escalating and resolving issues related to IT infrastructure services will be part of your responsibilities, requiring close collaboration with the parent company's IT infrastructure team. Ensuring compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, as well as identifying and mitigating risks related to IT infrastructure services, are essential aspects of the role. To qualify for this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, including at least 3-4 years in a leadership role. Experience with cloud infrastructure management, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, is required, as well as an understanding of regulatory requirements related to NBFC lending. Your skills should include strong knowledge of IT infrastructure management, cloud computing, networking, and cybersecurity. Experience with IT service management frameworks like ITIL, excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in an influence-based environment while prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines are also essential. Preferred qualifications include certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, or other relevant certifications.,
