As an Information Technology Asset Disposition (ITAD) Executive based in Bangalore, your role involves engaging with clients to understand their ITAD needs, including asset disposal, data destruction, and recycling. You will be responsible for developing and delivering persuasive ITAD proposals that showcase our value proposition. Additionally, you will be expected to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the ITAD market, negotiate contracts, and close sales to drive business growth. Building and nurturing strong client relationships will be crucial to ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. It is essential to stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging ITAD technologies, while also monitoring sales performance and customer feedback regularly. Your technical knowledge of IT equipment lifecycle and environmental regulations will play a key role in delivering efficient services. Collaboration with marketing, operations, and customer support teams will be necessary to ensure smooth service delivery.
