You will be working as an Information Technology Asset Disposition (ITAD) Executive based in Bangalore. You should hold any degree or diploma and have at least 2 years of relevant experience in this field. Your responsibilities will include engaging with clients to understand their ITAD requirements such as asset disposal, data destruction, and recycling. You will need to create and present detailed ITAD proposals that emphasize our value proposition. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the ITAD market will also be a key part of your role. Negotiating contracts and finalizing sales to secure new business will be essential. Building and nurturing strong client relationships to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty is important. You will be expected to stay up-to-date with market trends, monitor competitor activities, and keep track of emerging ITAD technologies. Regularly evaluating sales performance and customer feedback will be part of your routine tasks. Having a sound technical knowledge of IT equipment lifecycle and environmental regulations is crucial. Collaboration with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure smooth service delivery will be required.
