As an IT Administrator, your role will involve managing and supporting the organization's IT infrastructure to ensure smooth functioning of hardware, software, networks, security systems, and user support. You will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of laptops, desktops, printers, network devices, and other IT equipment. - Handle user onboarding and offboarding processes including email creation, access provisioning, laptop setup, and access revocation. - Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and network security. - Troubleshoot day-to-day IT issues for employees related to hardware, software, connectivity, access, and system errors. - Oversee IT asset inventory management including tagging, tracking, AMC management, and vendor coordination. - Ensure timely updates, patches, antivirus software, backups, and system hygiene across all devices. - Coordinate with external vendors for system repairs, licenses, IT procurement, and maintenance. - Maintain and update user permissions across various tools, apps, servers, and shared drives. - Ensure compliance with data security protocols, access control, and IT guidelines. - Provide support for office infrastructure including CCTV, biometric systems, routers, access points, and servers. - Document IT processes, SOPs, issue logs, and resolution timelines.
