Information Systems Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• System Automation & Optimization:

  Identify and automate repetitive business processes and computational tasks using various tools and platforms, with a specific focus on the

  Zoho suite

  .

• Rapid Development:

  Utilize agile, no-code, and low-code platforms to quickly develop and implement new system capabilities, prioritizing out-of-the-box functionality and configuration over extensive custom development.

• Project Execution:

  Act as a project manager for internal initiatives, ensuring the timely and effective delivery of solutions from concept to completion.

• Tool & Technology Utilization:

  Actively explore and implement new tools and technologies, including AI, to enhance system functionality and efficiency.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with the Business System Analyst and other teams to understand business needs and translate them into practical, executable solutions.

Required Skills

• Open-mindedness and Adaptability:

  A strong desire and ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.

• Tool Savvy:

  Experience with CRM platforms and digital ecosystems. Knowledge of the Zoho One ecosystem is a significant advantage. Hands-on experience with automation and integration tools and a strong interest in applying AI-driven solutions to optimize workflows and reporting are essential.
• Knowledge of APIs and third-party integrations.

• Problem-Solving:

  A logical and creative approach to finding efficient solutions to complex business problems, with a focus on leveraging existing features.

• Execution-Oriented:

  A proven ability to take an idea and execute it effectively and efficiently.

• Communication:

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Basic development capabilities or scripting knowledge.
• Experience with agile project management.
• Familiarity with ITSM (IT Service Management) concepts.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
