An experienced BI/Reporting Developer with analytical skills in transforming data into actionable insights. This role emphasizes data analysis, dashboard development, backend pipeline integration, and automation in cloud-based BI environments. Key Responsibilities: Perform a detailed gap analysis between expected and actual reporting metrics Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define KPIs Proactively identify data anomalies and communicate possible root causes Develop, build, and deploy BI solutions or reporting tools. Translate complex datasets into clear visual insights for a range of business audiences Engage with ETL processes Collaborate with backend, data engineering, and DevOps teams to align BI systems with technical infrastructure Automate reporting workflows and establish alerting mechanisms for anomalies and thresholds Enhance dashboard performance and streamline data refresh protocols Maintain detailed documentation for BI dashboards, models, and metrics Preferred Skills Strong proficiency in Kafka, Spark, and microservice architectures Demonstrated success in identifying data inconsistencies and pipeline issues Hands-on experience with R, Python, DAX, and GraphQL. Deep understanding of ETL/ELT workflows and data modeling Experience in cloud-based BI ecosystems (AWS preferred) Education & Experience Minimum Bachelors degree from a reputed college or university (STEM) Minimum 3-5 years of experience in BI development, data integration, and analytics
