Roles & Responsibilities

Create and maintain product user guides, trouble-shooting docs, and online help content.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams for accurate documentation.
Translate complex concepts into simple, user-friendly language.
Keep documentation up to date with product changes.
Participate in product planning to anticipate content needs.
Contribute to tutorials and multimedia content.

What you Bring

3 8 years of experience in technical writing or information development.
Proficiency with generative AI for content creation.
Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with documentation tools and workflows.
Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly.
Experience with observability tools is a plus.
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
