Job Description

About the Role:

As an Information Alchemist, you'll bridge the gap between data and business impact, turning information into gold through intelligent analysis, visual storytelling, and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

Insight Generation & Storytelling:

Transform complex datasets into compelling, actionable insights.
Craft data-driven narratives for diverse audiences, from executives to product teams.
Present findings clearly using dashboards, reports, or live storytelling sessions.

Data Exploration & Analysis:

Mine structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
Use statistical, machine learning, or qualitative methods to uncover trends and anomalies.
Frame business problems as analytical questions and find data-driven solutions.

Visualization & Communication:

Design intuitive and visually engaging dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.
Translate technical analysis into language accessible to non-technical stakeholders.

Collaboration Across Teams:

Work with product, marketing, operations, and executive leadership to understand data needs and opportunities.
Act as a thought partner in strategic planning and innovation initiatives.

Data Stewardship & Innovation:

Ensure the integrity, ethics, and governance of data usage.
Advocate for data literacy and a culture of data-driven decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in data journalism, strategic research, or insight consulting.
Familiarity with data architecture, ETL tools, or cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, GCP).
Knowledge of statistical or machine learning techniques.
Industry knowledge in [finance, healthcare, e-commerce, etc.].
