Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Inform atica Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) environment. You will work with multiple modules within IDMC, including Cloud Data Governance & Catalogues (CDGC), Cloud Data Marketplace (CDMP), and Metadata Command Center. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in creating and configuring scan resources, metadata extraction, and metadata profiling, along with a strong understanding of business terms association, attribute management, data domains, and rules. Key Responsibilities: IDMC Modules Management: Oversee and manage the CDGC, CDMP, and Metadata Command Center modules within the Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC). Scan Resources Configuration : Create and configure scan resources of various types, including metadata extraction, metadata profiling, business terms association, attribute management, and data domains. Data Governance: Define and manage data rules, ensuring effective data governance, classification, and cataloguing of data assets within the cloud environment. Collaboration and Support: Work closely with stakeholders and teams to ensure effective usage of the IDMC platform, assisting in the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of any platform related issues. System Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve the configuration of IDMC modules to ensure optimal performance and data governance capabilities. Preferred Skills and Qualification: Hands-on experience with the following IDMC modules (minimum 1-2 years): CDGC (Informatica Cloud Data Governance & Catalog) CDMP (Cloud Data Marketplace) Metadata Command Center Ability to create and configure scan resources of various types. Perform metadata extraction and metadata profiling. Associate business terms, manage attributes, and configure data domains and rules within the platform. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Desired Skills: Prior experience with Informatica Enterprise Data Catalog (EDC) and/or Axon tools.
