About Role:-

Infor Nexus Specialist

Responsibilities

• Supporting the current environment and addressing the incidents as per SLA's.
• Developing enhancements as per user requests.
• Designing the solutions and deploying the solutions in the respective environments in coalition with the respective stakeholders.
• Providing integrational support for Infor Nexus to streamline procurement, logistics, and supplier collaboration.
• Utilize real-time data and analytics to drive supply chain improvements, reduce costs, and enhance decision-making.
• Work with clients and internal teams to ensure successful adoption and alignment with business strategies.
• Integrate Infor Nexus with ERP systems (Infor & Non-Infor) for seamless data synchronization.
• Provide training and ongoing support to clients to maximize Infor Nexus value.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive cost-effective solutions.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, IT, Business, or related field.
• 3-12 years of hands-on experience with Infor Nexus or other supply chain platforms.
• Expertise in supply chain processes, including inventory management, and logistics, Finance, Trading partner management, Shipment planning, Visibility (Container Tracking, BL Reports), Nexus App Express Infor Nexus Transportation Management, Infor Nexus Control Centre, Infor Nexus Supply Chain Visibility, P2P Automations etc;
• Having experience in providing AMS support, development, and deployments.
• Liaising with developers, testers, clients and act as a point of communication for Infor System Integration programs
• Ability to analyze current business functions, processes and identify business opportunities for leveraging Infor based ERP solutions
• Ability to translate business requirements to technical solutions leveraging strong business acumen, analytical and technical aptitude
• Map complex business processes to develop robust and scalable Technical OR Functional solutions
• Experience integrating Infor Nexus with ERP systems (Infor, SAP, Oracle).
• Should have worked in at least 1 large Infor Nexus Projects
• Strong problem-solving and data analytics skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Infor Nexus certification is an added advantage.
