4- 10 Years of experience in Infor Global HR/Lawson
• Bachelors Degree• Masters in Human Resource Management is desirable• Experience in at least one end to end implementation project including requirement gathering, business analysis, designing the system, system configuration, integration, testing and AMS is required.• Experience in one or more of the following Infor/Lawson S3 Global HR modules is a must: Core HR, Benefits, Health & Safety• Experience in one or more of the following Infor/Lawson S3 Payroll or Infor Talent Management modules is desirable: Performance, Goals, Succession, Compensation• Strong troubleshooting skills in configuration errors, database errors, job failures, extensions and interfaces required• Experience in version Infor HCM CloudSuite v11.0.1, Mingle 11 and Mingle 12 is an advantage• Experience in working with Java/JavaScript/JSP and SQL for technical configuration of extensions and integrations is an added advantage• Experience in using Infor ION, Infor Process Automation/Developer (IPA/IPD) an added advantage
