Influencer/Collaboration Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Influencer/Collaboration Manager to drive creative partnerships and influencer marketing strategies for Naina, the AI influencer. You will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing collaborations with influencers, brands, and content creators to enhance Naina's reach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify & Build Relationships

  : Research and identify potential influencers and brand partners that align with Naina’s persona and objectives.

• Campaign Strategy

  : Develop and execute influencer and brand collaboration strategies to ensure successful brand visibility and audience engagement.

• Negotiations & Contracts

  : Lead negotiations, terms of agreements, and contract management for influencer partnerships.

• Content Collaboration

  : Work closely with influencers and content creators to ensure Naina’s brand message and voice are effectively communicated.

• Performance Tracking

  : Monitor and analyze the performance of collaborations, tracking KPIs such as engagement rates, reach, and conversions.

• Cross-Functional Coordination

  : Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to align on campaign goals and ensure smooth execution of all initiatives.

• Trendspotting

  : Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in influencer marketing, social media, and AI influencer space.

Requirements

• Proven experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or content management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and influencer ecosystem.
