Influencer Marketing Trainee

You will be joining FirstLight as an Influencer Marketing Trainee in our Pune office. As part of our core team, you will play a crucial role in building authentic communities between brands and creators. In this full-time on-site role, you will be responsible for planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns. Your tasks will include conducting market research to identify trends and potential influencers, establishing and nurturing relationships with influencers, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to align influencer activities with overall marketing strategies. Additionally, you will monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports on effectiveness and ROI. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and project management capabilities. The role requires both independent work and effective teamwork. While a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred, prior experience in influencer marketing or social media marketing would be advantageous.
