Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India for an Influencer Marketing Specialist. The Influencer Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies, identifying and partnering with influencers, managing influencer campaigns, and analyzing campaign performance. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential influencers, negotiating contracts, coordinating content creation, and ensuring campaign objectives are met. The role requires close collaboration with both influencers and brand clients to ensure successful campaigns.

• Prior experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, and social media marketing
• Strong research, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with influencers and clients
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and influencer marketing tools
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
• Experience in the entertainment or fashion industry is a plus
